The benefit for this plan, especially if you have children revolves around the savings you will have in getting your teeth straightened and possibly providing more comfort for your mouth.

The orthodontist will tell you the proper procedure for taking care of the braces as well as proper nutrition. There are certain foods like gum or candy that you cannot have while you wear braces.
